Where do I place a Sonnet order?
Orders from the United States, Canada, and Mexico can be placed directly through Sonnet at our online store or through one of our resellers or distributors. We cannot accept international orders from other countries due to arrangements with our international distributors. To place an international order, please contact one of our international distributors.

Will my order have sales tax?
By law, state and local sales taxes must be collected based on the destination of the shipment. Due to Sonnet's physical presence in California and Georgia we are required to collect state sales for these states.

How does Sonnet confirm I've placed an order?
Orders placed through the Sonnet Online Store are processed within a 48-hour period during online store processing hours of 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In stock items are shipped within 24 hours pending payment confirmation. After placing an order, an automated confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you specified on your order invoice. We will contact you if there are any problems processing your order or unexpected delays in shipping; otherwise, your order will ship to the address you entered on the order invoice via the S&H method you requested.

I've had a problem placing an order. Who do I contact?
If you had a problem placing an order or if you feel your order was not properly submitted, you can contact us via our Online Customer Service form or by phone at (949) 587-3536. Customer Service is available from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. When contacting us, please provide your name, order number (if available), and date of purchase.

Can I change an order or cancel it?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our Contact Customer Service page. You can also reach an Online Store Customer Service representative at 949-587-3536 from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday. Please provide us with your name, order number (if available), and date of purchase.

What are my shipping options?
Shipping charges are based on the total order quantity per shipping address. Please refer to the Shipping Chart below for details.

The listed shipping methods denote the delivery time once your order is shipped from our warehouse. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day they are placed. In-stock products are normally shipped within 24-hours pending payment confirmation, unless otherwise noted.

Pricing, Product Availability, and Technical Errors
Prices and in-stock product are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason including credit card fraud, insufficient funds, incomplete customer information, limitations on quantities of product available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information found on our website or online store.

PO Boxes, APO Addresses, and Freight Forwarders
To combat mail order fraud, we do not ship to PO Boxes and Freight Forwarders. We unfortunately cannot ship to military APO addresses due to new Homeland Security procedures.

Product Warranty
Depending on product purchased, Sonnet products carry a five-year or one-year, limited warranty unless otherwise stated. Sonnet's full product warranty disclosure is available online. All returns require an authorization and are potentially subject to a restocking fee. Please contact our Online Store Customer Service department for details.
